TRISH PALAN-RAMCHAND
I am a multifaceted individual. I attained my LLB degree at the then University of Natal (Durban) and went on to complete my articles at the Legal Aid Board gaining both civil and criminal experience. I relocated to the Western Cape and gained experience in an insurance environment, cost consulting and immigration. I started my legal practice, VPR Attorneys, in 2014 attending to Divorce matters, Antenuptial Contracts, Contracts, Wills, Deceased estates etc.
Seeing a need for mediation as a means of resolving issues, in 2015 I successfully obtained the necessary qualifications required for Civil/Commercial court-annexed mediation. In 2017, I received my right of appearance to practice in the High Court Western Cape Division. During 2018, I spent a considerable amount of time dedicated to assisting the communities of Brackenfell and Kuils River with various matters on a Pro Bono basis in conjunction with ProBono.Org.
I have been a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution SA since 2019.
With a vast repertoire of over 23 years’ worth of knowledge and experience, I strongly believe that there are practical, amicable and cost-effective mechanisms to dealing with matters.
